Construction update

Assalamu Alaikum Brothers and Sisters,

Alhamdulillah, with immense gratitude to Allah ﷻ, we are delighted to announce that construction of Glenhaven Masjid has officially commenced this month – August 2026!

This is a significant and long-awaited milestone for the Hills District Muslim community. After years of planning, dedication, fundraising and the generous support of our community, we are now witnessing the beginning of construction of what will, InshaAllah, become a permanent home for worship, learning and community connection.

🏗️ Construction is Underway

Initial site works and bulk excavation have commenced, marking the first major stage of construction. InshaAllah, we will continue to provide regular updates as the project progresses and important construction milestones are reached.

🤲 The Journey Continues

While construction has begun, our journey is not yet complete. We continue to rely on the generosity, duas and support of our community to help bring Glenhaven Masjid to completion.

Every contribution, large or small, is an opportunity to participate in building a House of Allah and, InshaAllah, contribute towards an ongoing Sadaqah Jariyah for generations to come.

JazakAllahu Khairan for being part of this journey.
